Many people have heard of therapy dogs who visit nursing
home residents to bring cheer and activity to their lives. But
how many people have heard of therapy snakes?
Anne, our '07 albino ball python, charmed some of the
residents of the nursing home that Tara worked at in spring
of 2009. The residents enjoyed her colors and gentle
demeanor, and one lady remarked that she had always
wanted to hold a snake and was afraid she'd die without
getting a chance to. We are very happy that Anne was able
to help her out with her wish.
